HGUC Hy-Gogg Part 1

Despite not having much time i started working a bit on the HGUC Hy-Gogg. What a lovely design!

Snapfitting was painless and easy, but to putty away some of the seamlines on the main body some cutting around was required.

and glued together:

like this i can get rid of the seamlines created by the top head shell, while also beeing able to paint the 'eye' separately. The Head/Body part now just slides over the gray inner body part.

Works great! Here the parts after closing the seams and a first round of primer:

You seem to have the non-looking Gundam kits. After building the normal Gundams for so long, those just look more fun.

I'd love to see more of the Hygog build. The 0080 Hygog was the first Gundam kit I built when I was a kid. Now I'm thinking of getting it again!
